the staff kindly upgraded my room to a sea view. it was a beautiful room. the pool area backs right onto the private beach. it made it super easy to go between the sun lounger, the pool and the sea.
i booked the standard room. the room was really dated. it had a musty smell. the mattress was hard. it faced some buildings on the street side.

the ladies at reception always had a smile I found great breakfasts available with many options in the restaurant. the area around the hotel was really quiet, nice for peaceful mornings and evenings. our room was clean and very comfortable it had fresh towels every day.
i noticed some odd signs around the hotel for instance they charge you a lot for taking water bottles from the room. i found this quite strange and unwelcoming .

the hotel staff demonstrated amazing attentiveness they were always smiling and ready to help with any questions. the service was prompt and efficient contributing to a really relaxing atmosphere for our holiday we felt very cared for.

the rooms were spacious and well maintained with daily housekeeping ensuring cleanliness. comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep and the provided amenities were high quality. the room design and layout was well thought out for a relaxing vacation experience.

the upgraded sea view room was beautiful! it had a great view of the ocean. the pool area backs right onto the private beach, so it was easy to go between sun lounger, pool, and sea. i would definitely come back again!!!
I wasn't warned about them prior to arrival. i think i should have been given an option to cancel or offered a discount for the disruption. they were painting near my balcony so i couldn't sit out there for any length of time because of the paint smell.

the staff treated us well. they were very kind and helpful with check-in. they were also flexible with providing a room upgrade with a sea view, which i really enjoyed.

the resort felt really quiet and well kept. the little restaurant right on the beach had yummy food at prices that didn't break the bank. our bungalow was super clean and seriously relaxing!
our room had tons of mosquitoes and that was not fun. the ac wasn't working, made sleeping really hard. to top it off they left our luggage in the rain after checkout ruining some of our stuff.

The hotel has direct beach access, a MAJOR plus. The views from the room and pool area are fine. I hired a scooter right at the reception, VERY convenient. The scooter allowed easy exploration of nearby attractions.
The breakfast buffet, while good, could use a bit more variety. There could be more options staying multiple nights.

i liked this hotel. the staff was so lovely and helpful with everything. the hotel given us snorkels, we used it at the nearby beach. the breakfast was simple and nice.
the hotel restaurant was very expensive. i had to wait some hours for check in. its far from good restaurants, they wanted to charge if paying by card.
