Excellent Juhu Stay

The hotel's location is very convenient. It is near Juhu beach! The staff were very courteous, efficient, and always ready to help, this. The front desk managers and housekeeping staff showed great professionalism. There are cafes easily accessible from the hotel for convenient dining.

The gym had limited equipment. It could use some additional machines.

awful housekeeping untrained staff

the location was acceptable across from the beach.

The housekeeping was AWFUL. It did not show up one day. I had to request service. They only brought towels and did not make the bed. The staff clearly lacked training in basic cleaning and bed-making. A HUGE problem.

the staff was helpful and quick. early laundry pickup was arranged to accommodate my flight. the location was convenient for accessing a pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, and bars (i found everything i needed within walking distance).

the shower was blocked , and this was inconvenient.
