Blanket Bay is located 55 km from Queenstown, near Glenorchy. It is a brief helicopter ride away from Milford Sound, Mt Earnslaw Glacier, Greenstone Valley, and Fiordland National Park. The lodge provides a private jetty for jet boat access. The surrounding area offers views of mountains, glacier fed rivers, and beech forests. Queenstown Airport is a 55-minute drive.
