a decent place to stay

central location beautiful room helpful staff bathroom flies unclean shower visible residue

the location is super central i walked everywhere. the rooms are beautiful overall the facilities are great. i especially loved the staff at reception they were really nice and helpful

i entered the room and i was a bit disappointed. the room needed a better clean there were small flies in the bathroom. the shower area wasn't clean the drain cover had visible residue

the staff at the hotel, they helped me correct a error i had made during check-in. the rooms where really clean and modern. the bed was comfy and the ac worked great. i appreciated the balcony and outdoor drying rack.

the shuttle to the airport did arrived late, but the receptionist helped a lot.

the hotel has a beautiful lobby if someone waits for check-in. there is hotel parking available . the location is near the island's downtown, so getting around is easy.

the receptionist arranged a shuttle to the airport. the hotel held our bags from morning til check in. the staffs are nice and very responsive, they answered when i had questions.

bathroom flies mould buildup

The room i got seemed to have missed a spot or two during cleaning. A few flies buzzed around in the bathroom. dust and hair were also present, a bit of a letdown. i was planning to use the bath, but it didn't even have a tap! also, the shower drain looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Some mould was starting to build up there.
