the staff was lovely and always ready to assist! i booked a boat sightseeing tour, and it was lovely!!! they even helped me with lost luggage, which i appreciated so much. the breakfast was excellent, the staff made it even better, and the pool view was fantastic. i really felt at home!!!
i think providing complimentary coffee pods daily would be a great improvement. having to buy them felt inconvenient. maybe a small shop on-site would resolve this issue.

i found the breakfast delicious, with a wide selection of pastries and fruits. the staff made the best aperol spritz. they surprised me with a thoughtful bottle of wine for my birthday, and the room was clean and comfy. i felt genuinely looked after and at home, which i appreciated.

the views were amazing, especially from the pool area. the staff displayed genuine hospitality throughout my stay. i found the breakfast to be lovely, with a wide variety of pastries and fruits (the eggs were not my favorite, i admit). the hotel's location, slightly removed from the town center, provided a peaceful retreat.
the initial response from the reception regarding certain requests felt a bit rigid.
