i changed my room because the door didn't lock properly , and it was dealt with quickly. the new room was clean and spacious. i really liked that i could get water from reception , refill the tea caddy , and also buy drinks. this was super helpful for late night cravings.

i noticed a small stain on the carpet in the corner of the room , but it didn't really bother me.

There were no towels provided in the room. Only one pillow was available. I found a dirty green flannel on the bathroom floor upon arrival. There was no information about the hotel facilities.

the staff were friendly. nour gave helpful tips about egypt. the new carpets looked good. it was clean and tidy overall. i am happy with the accommodation, it met my needs. the price matched the offering, so there were no surprises! i will come back here again.
