the room was very clean. the bathroom was also super clean (i really liked that). the location was fab for a short stay. communication with staff was very straightforward, key information was shared in good time.

digital check in did not feel very secure when we first arrived. some parts of the room looked a bit tired. i also don't check my emails all the time so i did not see there was a form to complete until quite late.
