not bad, but not great

The reception area was nice to relax in. I did like that they had tea available free of charge.
The bathroom could have used a deeper clean. The water did not drain properly in the shower. it was a real joy to have to turn the water off and on repeatedly just to avoid flooding the whole room. also, i had to make the bed myself, which i didn't expect and frankly, found insulting.

the room was very clean. the workers were friendly. they were also helpful .
the bathroom was not cleaned properly. the hot water was gone for two nights. the shower head was leaking, quite annoying.
