Located on the third floor, this 'straight-friendly' LGBT hotel offers rooms with high ceilings and bright interiors. Rooms have a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a shower. Options include budget single rooms (with a shared toilet in the corridor), standard single rooms (9-15 m²), standard double rooms (18 m²) with queen-size beds (twin beds available on request), comfort double rooms (25 m²) with king-size beds (twin beds available on request, some include a French balcony), and a junior suite (35 m²) with a king-size bed in jailhouse design and a sofa corner that can be used as an additional sleeping accommodation. The original wooden floor is still preserved in almost all rooms.

The breakfast room features an Art Deco design with zebra-patterned chairs and an original Art Deco chandelier. A typical German breakfast is served until 4pm and includes cold meats, cheeses, breads, jams, and eggs cooked to order. The hotel offers a breakfast menu with scrambled, fried, and boiled eggs; fresh rolls, brown bread, and toast; muesli, yogurts, and fruit salad; sausages and cheeses; and coffee, tea, water, and fruit juices.
