GREAT stay, some MINOR issues

nice ambiance front parking central location design detail

the design had a really nice ambiance throughout the hotel. parking in front happened to be available, which i VERY appreciated. the hotel also has a wonderful location near the museum island, a major plus. the room had attention to detail in its design, i could see.

the sound proofing, i think, need some improving, i could hear a bit of noise. the noise, though, was only intermittent, a minor issue. housekeeping was also slightly spotty , needing a bit more consistency. these were the only slight issues, but everything else was perfect.

I found the location to be great. The access to the health center next door was a real plus for me. The rooms design feel good and I liked having city views.

There isn't anything I disliked about the Hotel.

historic charm with city views!

historic structure easy check-in comfortable bed

i adored how close i was to museum island! checking in was so quick, like, less than ten minutes. the roomy city view had this awesome view of tv tower! the bed felt really big and comfy, and the shower was totally amazing.

i did struggle a bit trying to call room service because nobody picked up the phone. ended up just calling the front desk. they sorted it, though!
