I thought the free coffee was beneficial. the 24-hour gym access was a great perk too (i visited twice!). the reception staff were helpful. They assisted me with directions.

The hotel is a bit far from the airport for it to be called an airport hotel. Transportation options are a bit limited.

I stayed for a few nights and found secure parking convenient. The restaurant onsite was a plus, and I enjoyed being close to the airport. Reception staff were very friendly, competent, and spoke English. The restaurant staff were very helpful and efficient. I appreciated the air conditioning. I also appreciated how easy parking was.

Reaching the hotel with public transport proved very difficult. I think better access via bus or train would really help. The remote location makes this a necessity

The room was a good size and accommodated our family of five without problems.

The air conditioning stopped working during the night, so we needed to move to another room. This was inconvenient, and the service in the restaurant was very slow. The room also smelled of smoke, and I noticed some dust.
