Convenient stay downtown
food options easy access
Proximity to the skybus stop aided my trip. The skybus used runs from the airport. Lots of food options were very close. The hotel allows easy access to the central business district. I walked around or caught a free tram to move around.
I found some noise from trains. The train line ran across the road. I could hear trains until 1 am, and then they started at 5 am. This interrupted my sleep.

I noticed a coffee shop in front. This coffee shop looked nice. I did not try the coffee shop. The hotel directs you to the cafe next door since it has neither a restaurant nor breakfast.

seamless process friendly staff
The check-in process was seamless with a friendly staff member. The location is superb. The room I booked was small but it provided what I needed. The bed offered a comfortable night's sleep.

acceptable stay
convenient location spacious room high ceilings train rumble hard bed short length
the location was very convenient near the convention center. i traveled for work (that was the main purpose of my trip). the room was larger than expected, and the high ceilings.
I noticed constant deep rumble of trains. the bed was hard and short in length. there was no fitted sheet on the mattress. Just a flat sheet came off easily.
