The staff was very helpful when i needed assistance with directions. My standard double room was clean and well-kept (i appreciated that). The breakfast included several options, such as eggs, bacon, and cereal.

The elevator was a bit slow during peak hours.

i found the hotel offered generous parking so i didn't have to worry about my car. zaen was super efficient during my late-night check-in he even recommended a few late-night spots. the english breakfast was varied and delicious with hot items and fresh fruits.

i noticed two different staff members opened our room without knocking on our last morning. it was embarrassing as we were changing at the time since apparently there was an admin error. it indicated our room was empty though we hadn't checked out

The breakfast menu offered MANY choices. I found the varied spread and hot items like sausages particularly delicious. Jamseeth handled my late check-in, offering a warm welcome. I felt relaxed everything was taken care of. Thank you!

the reception staff presented a cute attitude upon my arrival, meeting the baseline expectations for hospitality.

The room was smaller than anticipated. Navigating the limited space proved challenging. furthermore, the lack of readily available hot water in the bathroom washbasin was a notable inconvenience. i found washing my face and brushing my teeth difficult due to the low shelf placement above the washbasin.

The room was clean. the staff was friendly. the breakfast had several options, it was really nice. i appreciated the easy access to public transportation. It made travel simple.

The room was quite small. the window let in a lot of light from outside. It was hard to sleep well. the bathroom was also small. It felt cramped.
