some issues

I encountered a major issue with the temperature in the room. there was no way to control it. The display on the wall did not work. i contacted the reception desk multiple times, but they just said they would fix it and did nothing. sometimes it was freezing cold and other times unbearably hot. the service at the restaurant during dinner was terrible too. the food tasted like it came straight from a microwave.

The staff were helpful, and the provision of a bus route guide to the city center was quite useful.
The room was not only different, it had a distinct smell of cheap laundry perfume, unpleasant. The furniture looked old and worn out. Cleanliness was a concern.

underwhelming stay due to several issues

the room was generally clean upon arrival.
i faced several problems . the air conditioning unit made a loud, constant flashing noise throughout the night and kept me awake (staff already knew about this issue, apparently). the breakfast was pretty bad and the coffee was not good (i had to wait in a long queue for the employee to make it).
