the staff was friendly and provided a transfer to the airport early in the morning (it helped a lot). the room was spacious and comfortable. i had dinner at the restaurant and the food was very nice.

I noticed a small maintenance issue in the bathroom. The shower pressure was slightly inconsistent (not a big problem though).

The hotel location is great for exploring the area! A grocery shop is just across the street. Breakfast offered many options. The room was cleaned every day by Carlos.

There was no top sheet on the bed, I also found hair in the bed. The pool and sauna are in a hard to find place. I wish someone was available in the early hours to provide a bill at checkout.

The staff efficiently arranged a shuttle to the airport before scheduled hours. The rooms were excellent and quiet. I found the hotel staff very helpful .

The air conditioning did not adequately cool the room despite being set to 20 degrees Celsius. A strange odor was present.
