Some Issues During My Stay

missing item unprofessional response

My experience involved a missing item. I left two jackets in the wardrobe when I checked out. One was a suit jacket, and the other a valuable rain jacket. Only the suit jacket was returned when I contacted the hotel. The rain jacket was never found. Both items were stored together, so I believe the rain jacket was kept by a hotel employee. Management responded with a legal threat rather than a helpful conversation when I expressed this concern? I found the hotel's approach disappointing and unprofessional, especially because my complaint was legitimate.

a quiet stay, a wonderful memory

coffee machine tea metro station

The room included a coffee machine and tea. i requested and received an iron and ironing facilities at reception. the location had a bus route to the city. The metro station was just 50 meters away. nearby, i found a good shop and various restaurants and cafes only a short walk away.

the check-in process took longer than expected.

the hotel sits in a very safe area, a detail that adds greatly to the peace of mind. good restaurants surround the area, and the proximity to both s-bahn and u-bahn stations allows for easy travel. the area's convenience makes exploring so easy!!!

The room was very super clean and cozy. breakfast offered good variety. It was very tasty. i found it easy to reach any part of the city from here. i opened the windows fully on a very hot day. It was quiet.
