Dining at Bencistà
A dinner-bell announces the evening meal served in the hall or on the wisteria-covered terrace during warmer months. The menu offers two or three choices of primi and secondi, such as pasta with slow-cooked beef ragù or basil pesto, roast loin of pork or herb-stuffed turkey, seasonal vegetables, and salads. The bar offers natural wines and organic drinks with nibbles. The restaurant uses ingredients from small local producers, expressing their territory, culture, and passion. Bencistà now uses freshly picked vegetables directly from the garden. The menu includes starters, first courses, second courses, sides, and desserts using seasonal ingredients and fresh raw materials.
Leisure and Wellness
Guests can relax in internal lounges while enjoying teas and herbal teas. The garden-room Wellness Centre offers aromatherapy massages, a dry sauna, a Turkish bath, and a glass-house hot tub. Guests can explore the permaculture garden. Tables are available for tea, aperitivo, or dinner.
