A Few Issues During the Stay

They found a solution. Our room was large. The bathroom was also large.
The room wasn't that clean. One of the mattresses had strange marks. The floor was quite dusty. I found a random pill, so cleaning lacked attention to detail. The hotel staff was pretty incapable.

our beautiful room had a great view of the lake. the beds felt comfortable, and the room included two separate sinks. it was well-fitted for a 4 star stay.

the front desk staff were professional. staff gave good support. housekeeping thoroughly cleaned our room and was pleasurable to chat with. they are always helpful to the guests.
