convenient location symphony attendance stained carpets burnt marks

the location was convenient for symphony attendance. ease of transportation to the airport was a blessing. i felt quite satisfied with these aspects.

the carpets had numerous stains sadly. the walls also displayed burnt marks, hinting at past candle usage. these issues affected my overall contentment.

Convenient Stay Near Civic Center

convenient location easy commute accommodating staff

The hotel's location was great. I travelled from the airport using BART, this hotel is a short walk from the Civic Center and UN Plaza BART station. This made my commute easy. The staff also easily accommodated my requests.

The room had a few maintenance issues, but nothing major.

The room had a nice big window, this let in a lot of sunlight, which I appreciated. The beds were comfortable, it made for a good night's rest. The bathroom was fairly clean too.

Whole Foods is just across the street, it made it easy to pick up groceries. There are tons of food options around the hotel also. These options were super convenient for quick meals.

The lobby had a great feel to it. They offer secured parking at the hotel, always a plus for those of us with cars. I did see a security guard in the lobby, I felt safer because of that.
