Rooms include a 42' LCD TV, plush bathrobe and slippers, 'Sleep Sound' sound machines and alarm clocks, and a beverage cooler. The Captain's Quarters features a 600-square-foot furnished sun deck, a living area with a fireplace, a king-sized bed, a Bose Wave sound system, a bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, two queen-sized Murphy beds, a dining table, a half bathroom, a kitchenette, and a private office. Ocean Club Suites include a king-sized bed, a wood-burning fireplace, and a furnished bayfront patio. Whirlpool Rooms have a king-sized bed, vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, a whirlpool bathtub for two, and a private balcony. Pacific Coast Double rooms offer two queen-sized beds, a fireplace, and partial ocean and bay views from a private veranda. Accessible Guestrooms are ADA compliant and feature king, queen, and double bed options, plush comforters, an in-room fireplace, and scenic private verandas. Amenities available include ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, a sitting area, and garden furniture.

The Lodge at Bodega Bay has dining options. Drakes Sonoma Coast celebrates the coastal region with seasonal local produce, seafood, and meat, and is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. Drakes Fireside Lounge has coastal fare in a setting, with outdoor fire pits and sunset views. Wine Receptions with local wines and light bites are hosted on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm in the lobby. Guests can check out the Drakes Fireside Lounge, where they can savor seasonal fare and cocktails prepared by an expert mixologist.

The Lodge at Bodega Bay offers an infinity edge hot tub, a heated pool and sauna, an on-site fitness center overlooking Bodega Bay, and outdoor fire pits with ocean views. The on-site spa offers body treatments, including sugar, salt, and grape seed scrubs. Two tranquil treatment rooms offer artisanal massage services. Guests can visit the Lobby for S'mores Sunday-Wednesday evenings. The Full Moon is celebrated every month with a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath. The Lodge at Bodega Bay is 45 km from Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County. Landmarks nearby include Bodega Head (3 km), Doran Regional Park (2 km), and Salmon Creek (4.5 km). St Teresa of Avila Church is nearby, with a façade adorned with three stained-glass windows. Visitors and locals can see coastal California wildlife at Bodega Head. Guests of the Bodega Bay Lodge are encouraged to call ahead so staff can help you make arrangements for your dig in the shallows. Fishermen, and picnickers can access the sand from more than a dozen points along Highway 1.
