Vintners Resort features 78 rooms and suites in two-story buildings, surrounded by redwood trees, gardens, and courtyards. First-floor rooms have furnished patios, while second-floor rooms have furnished balconies and wood-beamed ceilings. Rooms include a fireplace, 49" HDTV, Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, and a coffee machine. Bathrooms offer double vanities, showers, bathrobes, and toiletries. Vineyard Fireplace King rooms include vineyard views and a walk-in shower. Courtyard Junior Suites combine a bedroom with a sitting area, including a sofa and fireplace, and feature French doors to a patio or balcony. Courtyard Suites offer a living and dining room with a fireplace, a bedroom with an ensuite bath, and an enclosed terrace. Vineyard Terrace Deluxe Suites feature a living room with a wet bar, a dining table, a guest powder room, and a private bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
Farm-to-Table Cuisine
Vintners Resort features three venues for dining and drinks. John Ash Restaurant offers farm-to-table cuisine with vineyard views, utilizing produce from the resort's gardens and local farms. The menu includes Rosemary-sourdough focaccia, Hog Island Oysters, Ōra King Salmon, and Wagyu Beef Short Rib. Dessert options include Valrhona Chocolate Tart and Brioche Bread Pudding. The Front Room Bar and Lounge offers wine, beer, cocktails, and light bites. Menu items include Freshly Baked Pretzel, Truffle Fries, and Beef Birria Tacos. A breakfast menu is also available, featuring options such as pastries, fruit bowls, and omelets.
Leisure & Relaxation
Guests can relax at the Vi La Vita Spa, which offers treatments enhanced by an indoor caldarium with a warm plunge bath. The resort includes a fitness room, bocce ball court, and a one-mile vineyard loop for walking or jogging. Guests can also book garden or winery tours. Executive Chef Tom Schmidt selects produce from the resort's gardens, including fig and olive orchards.
