good breakfast solid housekeeping stocked minibar small room sewer smell

The breakfast on the 7th floor had a good variety. i thought it was pretty much what i would expect for this type of hotel. the rooms were very clean and well maintained. housekeeping did a solid job. the minibar was also well stocked. I appreciated that.

my room was quite small. i also had to modify bathroom vents because of a sewer smell, which wasn't ideal.

Location offers easy access to major attractions. The room included tea and coffee facilities, A NICE touch. staff were helpful with extending check-out time. Breakfast had good variety.

The elevator made SOME noise.

constant hum stale pastries

I must admit, my room overlooked an inner courtyard. THERE was a constant hum from what I believe was the air conditioning system. It was quite noticeable at night! The shower pressure fluctuated wildly. It was either a trickle or a fire hose. It made showering quite an adventure! Finally, the breakfast selection, while varied, seemed to prioritize quantity OVER quality. The pastries tasted mass-produced, and the fruit lacked freshness.

i found the staff helpful with directions. also the breakfast buffet had a nice variety of options, including fresh fruit. i really appreciated that the hotel held my luggage after i checked out. this allowed me to explore without carrying bags, we loved that. the location was convenient, near both the metro and tram lines. the hotel kept the room very clean and quiet, perfect for resting at night. i noticed they provide both turkish and continental breakfast options. plus, the grand bazaar was only a short walk away.

the steam room required an extra fee after 6 pm.

The room included a comfortable bed and soundproofing that blocked most outside noise. We were charmed. the air conditioning worked effectively. It maintained a consistent temperature. a mini-fridge and a safe are also available.

the reception staff spoke multiple languages, including english and german. the concierge provided accurate directions to local attractions. housekeeping visited daily and restocked toiletries.

the entrance was beautiful and clean. reception staff provided a friendly welcome. the room was a good size and clean (i really liked that). the breakfast offered many choices, and the staff helped explain the various food items because labeling was missing. the relaxation area near the spa was very nice.

after 6pm, sauna and steam room use required an extra fee.

Excellent Location and Service

convenient location metro station helpful staff bosporus view

The hotel's location is very convenient to many tourist attractions. I appreciated the proximity to tram and metro stations. Staff assisted with finding parking. It was very helpful. Breakfast is on the 7th floor restaurant and provides a nice Bosporus view.

The lobby bar was closed. Guests need to use those at other sister hotels across the street.
