Amazingly charming stay!

comfortable mattresses central location friendly staff

My room, a Beautiful Triple Room, had REALLY comfortable mattresses. The location was central, near many shops. The staff was helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions. I also enjoyed the sauna and hammam. They were a relaxing addition.

The coffee at breakfast wasn't great. The Starbucks pod in the hotel seemed expensive. I think they could definitely improve on the coffee.

The reception team was friendly and helpful. All requests were handled promptly. The staff at breakfast were also very nice and attentive. They made my mornings better.

breakfast included many choices. the staff were helpful with directions. my room had a small balcony. the location was near the tram stop, so getting around was convenient.

the pool was not clean! i saw loose tiles.

a variety of fresh fruit and cheese was available daily. i also saw many egg options cooked to order. the breakfast area featured local dishes plus pastries and breads. they had a fresh honey comb, nice.

The breakfast choice was acceptable. It had a decent variety.

the spa was disappointing. the jacuzzi wasn't heated and the steam room door didn't close properly. i think there were health and safety issues i detected.
