my room was available early, a great surprise. jade ensured i had a nice stay. a free bottle of water was supplied daily.

i was not informed of a party at the pub. the noise was deafening, even from my room. the tv did not work.

A comfortable and well-located accommodation

friendly staff clean room hot drinks single mattresses temperature control high temperature

The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated that. The room was very clean and nicely laid out. Good TV reception was available, and there were plenty of hot drinks.

The double bed was two singles pushed together with two single mattresses. The shower's temperature control did not work. It was stuck on a very high temperature. It was too hot for a comfortable shower.

excessive noise ineffective control

the room was recently renovated, which i appreciated.

The noise from the bar below was quite disruptive. It continued late into the night. i also found that the shower was difficult to regulate. The cold water control seemed ineffective. the water temperature was excessively hot.
