pretty common areas lovely staff

the hotel is super pretty in the common areas i thought the food and drinks were good. the staff are lovely and always available i will definitely come back soon

the hotel needs a refurb a lot of areas of the hotel look tired and needs a good clean throughout

The hotel themed decor was beautiful! I found several ideal spots for taking photos. The staff members were all very polite and attentive, i appreciate it. The pool was GREAT.

Some areas looked a little worn and could use some refreshing. It needs a GOOD clean.

The room included good quality hairdryer and straighteners, these are nice extras. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. There was minimal noise from other guests.

The staff was friendly and cute. Pool servers like Kai offered attentive service. The manager was professional with HIGH caring qualities.
