The rooms are beautiful and clean. I liked that. food was also very nice and tasty. all the toilets were clean and hygenic. It is crucial. everyone was polite.

The response to fix issues in the room was very slow. This was not appropriate.

the room included a comfortable bed, fresh linen, and soft pillows. the air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room at a nice temperature. i could rest very well during the night.

the staff was very attentive and helpful with all requests. rama from room service was always available and friendly. the floor supervisor, sarfaraz, was helpful and made sure everything was perfect.

the hotel is located very close to the airport terminal. the breakfast every morning featured delicious food and great service. the environment felt very baby friendly, with a chef catering to specific baby needs.
