I appreciated the staff's attentive service throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety, and the food quality was consistently high (the fresh fruit was a treat!). The hotel's proximity to the airport made my early morning departure stress-free.

The gym could benefit from a few more updated machines.

i found the staff very polite and always ready to help (a real plus after a long flight). the check-in process was smooth and fast. the food quality was good, i especially liked the options in the restaurant.

i noticed the mineral water bottles were charged at check-out without prior notification, which i found a little inconvenient.

The breakfast selection was acceptable. It had quite a lot of variety.

I found the room service to be quite slow. I asked for body lotion. The staff denied my request because I was about to check out. Also visitors were not allowed. The manager was sarcastic when I asked about a friend visiting briefly.

the room was clean and spacious. breakfast had a variety of options (i especially liked the fresh fruit). the location is very close to the airport, about a 10-minute taxi ride.

i requested a large single bed, but i got two small ones pushed together. check-in took longer than it should have due to a server issue. the staff at the front desk were not particularly friendly or cute.

The location is super convenient, close to the airport T2. I got offered complimentary coffee upon arrival at the restaurant, very kind. The restaurant staff were professional and friendly, and the food WAS delicious.

I found the staff helpful and polite, especially Mr Raju, the concierge. He was very attentive. The food tasted excellent, the ambience good. My stay included very smooth and fast check in. This.

The staff shined. They were helpful at all times. The Cinnamon restaurant provided a tasty evening buffet. the manager kindly introduced the chef. I appreciated the early check-in. It proceeded without any issues.
