dated cushions difficult door
The family room i booked seemed a bit tired. curtains and window seat cushions looked dated. i think they would benefit from updating. the door to the room was also a struggle. I really had to yank it to open and close. it seems like a slight trim would easily fix this. i was worried someone might struggle to open it in an emergency.

The staff was friendly and helpful, I appreciate that. I also found the hotel's location to be excellent. It afforded me plenty of access to shops. I also appreciated the location, I had access to pubs.
