loud noiseindifferent staff
the noise really bothered me. the air conditioning units were loud and seemed to be right outside my so-called soundproof room. the evening staff didn't care, and i ended up in another room where all i heard was the bar. not exactly relaxing.

The location inside the castle walls is AMAZING. The breakfast included many little treats to try, such a nice surprise. Staff at breakfast were so lovely and friendly. The view from the room was GREAT!!!
The room was listed as soundproof, but it was definitely NOT. Our first room was located next to five air conditioning units. It could be heard even with closed blinds. There was nowhere to dry beach clothes either.
