Reasonable Hotel Experience
friendly staff excellent service clean facilities inconvenient outlets card slot expensive breakfast
I appreciated the friendly staff I encountered. Both Alex, the bartender, and Rawinda, the receptionist during check-out, provided excellent service. The room also was impeccably cleaned, especially the toilet and shower facilities.
I found that the power outlets in the room only worked when the room card was engaged. It took me some time to figure out where the card slot was. Breakfast also costs extra and must be paid on site, unlike most hotels.

adequate stay with issues
broken shower hose poor ventilation
the shower hose was broken and this was an inconvenience the air ventilation blew directly onto the bed i woke up feeling unwell because of it the shower drain had a blockage i notified the staff but the situation remained unresolved

spacious room modern shower free parking limited selection unavailable accommodation broken vending machine
The room was quite spacious with ample room to move around and store luggage. i found the shower facilities very modern with good water pressure. a BIG plus was the availability of free parking.
The selection at breakfast seemed a little limited for the price charged. i had asked for a room on a higher floor however, this request was not accommodated. additionally, the vending machines were not working . So obtaining a late-night snack was impossible.
