Superb Stay!

I loved how easy it was to park. Free parking really made my day! The staff offered a very friendly welcome at check-in, it was fantastic. I found it particularly useful that I could opt out of having the room cleaned and just get fresh towels.

The hotel was simple to locate, included free parking, and provided a friendly welcome at check-in. i really liked the option to decline room cleaning and bed changes and just request fresh towels. This is a great concept! the process involved leaving fresh towels outside the door in a bag while placing used towels back for collection. All hotels should adopt this practice. i received a complimentary drink for choosing no cleaning, which i thought was AMAZING!!!
the shower rose did not stay up in the bathroom.

The hotel is situated in a nice area and is conveniently close to various locations if you have a car available. Also it's in a non-touristy areawith a quieter and more relaxed atmosphere for my stay.

All team members were very friendly. staff exhibited really good customer service skills, always smiling and ready to help. It is difficult to ask for more. i really appreciate their dedication.
