The pool area was noisy, made relaxation difficult. extending my room was not possible when i felt sick. This was inconvenient. the front desk staff at times seemed impolite.

I found the room to be excellent, with a well-stocked minibar, and I appreciated the daily refills of complimentary water. The hotel offered a reliable taxi service, and it assisted with luggage handling and storage. I noticed the availability of currency exchange and a concierge service, which I found very convenient. The pool area had ample sun loungers for everyone.

This was disruptive when I wanted to rest in my room.

The staff was helpful. The front desk reception service was enthusiastic. I arrived at the hotel at 10 AM and they made my check-in arrangements quickly. I also liked that sitting in the lobby, a staff member noticed my movements and handed me hot towels and juice.

The pool area was noisy, with limited space to relax. I got sick and it was not possible to extend the room or book an extra night to recover. I had to wait for my transportation in the hotel while feeling sick. I felt I was not treated with kindness during this waiting time.
