the staff provided complimentary airport pickup which was seamless i arranged a scenic everest flight through the concierge and it was handled efficiently needing a taxi was simple as they arranged it promptly the hotel features a peaceful seating area outside offering a quiet retreat. the buffet breakfast had a great selection preparing me well for each day's activities the room provided always hot water making showering very pleasant.

The staff greeted me with a room upgrade. It was very appreciated! The hotel offered a complimentary airport pick-up, and the communication was prompt. The location is central, yet secluded. The rooms are spotlessly clean.
My room was noisy. I could hear everything from other rooms, including the door lock. People tried to open it endlessly.
