A romantic getaway at a good hotel

This was my first experience with this hotel chain, and it was a pleasure. The staff demonstrated really good kindness, readily fulfilling all our requests with a smile. The breakfast was a particularly good surprise.. a wide array of choices and fresh ingredients. Tram 4 stops just outside the hotel, providing fast access to the city center.

The soundproofing was not ideal. I could hear hallway noise. This affected sleep quality somewhat.

The breakfast was great (especially the coffee!) and offered a good variety of pastries. The location is convenient because a tram station is very close to the hotel. I also found the room clean and the bed comfortable. Staff at the front desk were cute, and check-in was easy.
