Grand Hotel Balvanyos is located between Băile Tuşnad and Târgu Secuiesc, less than 10 km from Saint Ana Lake. Balvanyos is accessible by car via national road DN 11C. Bacau International Airport is 100 km away. The resort is surrounded by forests and mountains.

The conference center includes three conference rooms. Grand Santerra conference room is 240 m2 and can accommodate up to 160 people. Gaál András room can accommodate up to 25 people and features an interactive monitor. Services include parking and Wi-Fi.
