the room was large. it was immaculate. the courtyard felt heavenly for evening drinks after a long day (especially with the beautiful lighting).

fresh orange juice at breakfast ran out and the hotel did not offer an alternative such as tomato juice.

This hotel is beautiful and colorful. The staff were thoughtful and efficient. I received chocolate and biscuits upon arrival, it was a personal touch. I appreciated the Christmas gift box, it was very thoughtful.

I prefer a breakfast with buffet.

I appreciate the nice, polite, and organized employee. I received a warm welcome and assistance with my bags. Reception staff was cute and provided a drink. Breakfast staff chose the best place for me.

loved everything!

amazing location helpful staff

the location is amazing , just a short walk to the main square! the bathroom includes nice molton brown soaps , shampoo , bathgel , and cream. the staff were always helpful when we spoke with them , i really appreciated their assistance.

i encountered one minor issue , i wasn't given the room i asked and paid for. it was a bit disappointing , but i hope they can improve room assignments in the future.

deceptive attentiveness

upon check-in, i asked about dinner at the restaurant and a receptionist named margoreta seemed very attentive. in the evening, i went to the restaurant, but i was refused seating. another staff member, karolina, said there was no reservation and offered no help. the next morning, i found empty toiletry boxes and a broken hairdryer (quite a surprise).

The design details provided much comfort. The reception team was very friendly and helpful when I arrived. They left chocolate treats in my room. It was a lovely welcome.

The restaurant had a very slight delay in seating guests.

the breakfast was really good. the bathroom had molton brown products. the room had a comfortable mattress.

i didn't receive the room i asked and paid for. i experienced a few problems with getting there by car, including a parking fine. there is no spa or pool to relax.
