the room was very HOT because of heating i could NOT control. there WAS no air conditioning and the staff did not replace water bottles on the second day. the hotel NEEDS a pool FOR this price point.

my suite was spacious and immaculate. the bathroom featured both a rainfall shower and two sinks. i appreciated the turndown service each evening. the staff consistently ensured i had everything i needed, anticipating requests before i even voiced them. a bike ride allowed me to explore the lovely trails around the grounds.

the gym equipment felt a bit outdated. it would benefit from some upgrades.

the hotel offers bike rentals for exploring the nearby trails. there is also a spa, where i enjoyed the hot tubs, but the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i noted the presence of accessible ramps near the main entrances.

the staff seemed attentive and quick to respond to requests. they provided turn-down service each evening. the hotel hosts multiple weddings each week, yet the staff ensured our experience felt unique. there was a warm and genuine welcome from the team.
