basic stay with some drawbacks

small room ineffective heating

The room was quite small. The sink was in the bedroom area, not in the bathroom. this felt odd. the bathroom itself lacked space, barely enough for two feet, also the heating was not very effective. The room didn't warm up easily. slippers were not provided either. I found these omissions disappointing.

friendly staff mini fridge great connection easy access

The staff was always on hand, very friendly, and helpful. Rooms had all I needed like a mini fridge plus a coffee machine. The location had great connections. It had easy access to the metro and nearby stores.

The stairway carpet could use a refresh.

I appreciated the dining area, it look lovely. Holding bags was a life saver before check in. Knowing there reception all day and night felt secure.

The room was quite small. I barely had space to move around with my luggage. the street outside was really noisy at night. Loud music played until late, and I struggled to get any sleep.

Fantastic Stay Close to Metro

modern facilities friendly staff convenient metro bright room

The room matched the pictures I saw online. It included a mini fridge, a kettle, and a coffee machine. I found nice towels in the spacious bathroom and a hair blower. The staff was very nice and I was grateful for the convenient location close to the metro station.

The WiFi signal was unfortunately weak, making it difficult to stay fully connected.

The hotel has a lovely reception area that also serves as a dining space. I saw that bag holding before checking in and after checkout was available. Very appreciated, especially with fully openeable windows in the room.
