i found the staff were generally helpful. they assisted with directions and information i needed. the rooftop pool was a nice feature. i appreciated having a space to relax after a day.

my room faced the street. i experienced significant noise throughout the night. the soundproofing seemed inadequate. i also found the breakfast selection limited. there were only a few options available on the menu.

i found the location very convenient. it was super close to khaosan road. the staff was attentive. the room was always kept neat and clean, and the rooftop pool offered a refreshing break (it was generally quiet when i visited).

helpful staff king bed good air conditioning

The staff was very helpful! when I asked about places to visit. The king size bed in the room was comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well, ensuring a cool room.

The hotel has no universal charging sockets, though they provided an adapter upon request!
