Mixed Experience , Some Issues Encountered

wire transferdisrespectful staff

I found the payment method quite odd , requiring a wire transfer through a link that initially didn't work. The resort's communication style before arrival was also concerning. Several staff members were disrespectful. My adult companions had an emergency, but the resort refused to refund fees for the second room.

i experienced great relaxation. the staff provides excellent service. the food was delicious with much variety. i especially liked the sunset beach villa, it was very comfortable.

the wifi signal was intermittent and often slow, it made it difficult for me to stay connected.
