The location was quite convenient. It was a short walk to the Goodge Street tube station. Breakfast offered a good selection of items.
The room I stayed in was quite small. I also found the bathroom to be quite tiny. There was a noticeable drain smell, made sleep difficult.

The location was excellent for my needs. It was a short walk to Goodge Street underground station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the tea and coffee facilities available in the room (a nice touch).

The hotel is close to the Goodge Street underground station, about thirty seconds away. It is also in a quiet neighborhood and I found it peaceful at night. This made it easy to get around the area.

the hotel has a super location. it was at the heart of everything. breakfast was included and really good! i liked them breakfast pastries a lot and they give you all what you need for a good start to the day.
the facilities needed more attention. we stayed on an upper floor and the shared bathroom was terrible. it was constantly blocked and the water pressure for the shower was low. that really bother me.

the breakfast was a lovely start to each day. staff let us store our bags after checkout, this allowed more time to explore. staff were also cute and helpful! the tv with netflix access was convenient.
The maids entered our room without notice to refill items. they folded our belongings and tidied our clothes into suitcases. It felt intrusive.

the toilet on the second floor smelled terrible it was very off-putting. the stairs were also a problem. they were narrow and steep. there was no lift making it difficult even with a small bag.
