It is a 10-minute walk to Place Massena, 15 minutes to the old town, and 15 minutes to the Nice-Ville train station for trains to Monte Carlo and Cannes. The tramway stop (Alsace Lorraine) is a 2-minute walk.

The Single Room (11 m²) is on the 3rd floor and accommodates one guest, with a 120x190 cm bed and a small desk. Comfort Double Rooms (17 m²) are on the 1st and 3rd floors and include a queen-size bed or twin beds upon request. Junior Suites (23 sqm) accommodate up to three guests with a queen double bed or two 80x200 cm twin beds, plus a sofa bed. Some rooms have a courtyard view, a large French window, and a tiny green balcony.
