the location suited our needs very well. the garden was wonderful and the staff was friendly. we had an astonishing view from our room. it.
the lack of tea or coffee-making facilities in the room was an inconvenience. we requested a kettle, and it was promptly provided. it would be a nice touch to have these amenities standard in all rooms.

It took forever to get to my floor. my room lacked basic amenities. There was no iron. these issues soured my stay.
