the breakfast variety was acceptable.
the beach advertised in photos is not actually part of the hotel. using the beach requires a daily fee. paying extra for the in-room safe seems unacceptable in a 4-star hotel.

the buffet offered many choices at breakfast and dinner. the food was AMAZING!!! i liked that housekeeping provided fresh towels daily. the grounds were maintained very well.
the pool area could use a bit more shade.

broken machines odd rules
I found a couple of issues . The gym was a disaster. Much was missing and some machines were broken. Also the hotel seemed to have odd rules about drinks. I had to specifically seek out drinks included in my package and if I tried to serve myself, a staff member grabbed my glass and said there was no self-service. I saw no sign indicating this.
