solid stay, some quirks
friendly staff sea view
i appreciated the friendly staff. the breakfast buffet offered a good variety. i also liked the location, close to restaurants! the sea view from my room was expansive. i could see spinalonga island.
The parking situation was not ideal. Spaces were limited. the bathroom design was unconventional with tight spaces.

lovely hotel near the harbour
friendly staff sea view excellent breakfast
the hotel staff were very friendly and cute. our room had a lovely view of the sea and spinalonga with a balcony and additional garden with sun loungers. the buffet breakfast was excellent it was very fresh with plenty of choice and the restaurant had lovely views of the harbour and sea.
the pool needed maintaining with the drain cover missing and loungers in the pool needed a good clean.

the pool was clean it had comfortable sun loungers. lifts were available for easy access to different floors. the grounds were well maintained . access to the main street restaurants and bars was easy.

A mixed experience. Could be better
bathroom uncleanliness staff issue
the location was convenient, very close to the town center.
The bathroom cleanliness was not great. I noticed some hair on the shower floor. also, the staff didn't follow up on my parking request. the room had many small flies, likely entering through the ventilation system. Insect tablets would have been a nice touch.
