friendly staff convenient elevator small room dirty windows
The staff was very friendly. They also provided an umbrella for use ! The elevator was a great convenience. I felt the room was clean and well-kept.

woohoo! super stay!
metro line power shower amazing water
location rocked! bars and restaurants were, like, right there! the metro line 4 was super close. oh, and the power shower? totally amazing! i felt totally refreshed and energized after every shower. the water pressure was awesome, it's true.
the pdf i sent wasnt read correctly. they had a good attitude but not useful to fix issue.

the rooms have cool designs! every room looks totally different and unique, super fun. the towels were nice and soft, which i always appreciate. they gave me a refillable bottle, it eliminates single use water bottles, so cool!

the staff was super friendly and helpful, they showed us routes for cool walks to all the monuments! gino was there. he got my breakfast ready super early since i get up super early! he prepared it with care.

breakfast had a good selection, like, seriously good! the hot chocolate? amazing! it was super close to metro stations. the location had restaurants around, so finding a place to eat was super easy. its like, super convenient.

the Balneo Double Room with Chromotherapy Bath was spacious. I LOVED the proximity to local eateries and shops. free luggage storage AFTER checkout was VERY helpful.
the blue toilet light was a bit too dim.
