ABSOLUTELY charmed by this resort!
spacious room varied food friendly staff
The pools were GREAT for kids, with slides and shallow areas. Food options were varied and plentiful, especially at the main buffet restaurant. I liked that the staff members were friendly and spoke English. Our room was very spacious and clean. it had regular room service.

underwhelming stay with cleanliness issues
room cleanliness early housekeeping
The room wasn't cleaned well, the bathroom seemed untouched after the second day. there was an information message about a meal but it arrived right before we left. I could only use it for dinner. the reception didn't seem to care when i mentioned these problems and the early housekeeping woke us up twice with loud noises.

Fantastic Stay. Will Return!
multiple pools excellent menus daily change resort highlight
The resort boasts multiple pools, each one unique. I especially enjoyed the adults-only pool. The waterslide pool was also a hit. The food was a real highlight. I found numerous on-site restaurants with excellent menus. The buffet changed daily. This ensured variety.
The tea and coffee supplies in the room were not replenished. This was only a minor inconvenience .

The room featured a stocked coffee maker and a TV. I found these very useful. The room was tastefully decorated. The roomservice was super. The room included a mini fridge.

Breakfast included a broad selection suiting everyone. The dinner options were excellent with cuisines changing daily. I tried the Italian cuisine. I found food variety excellent.

The hotel is located near many shops. It is located close to the beach. Access to excursions was easy. I found this location suitable.

unhelpful staff age restriction
The hotel grounds feature beautiful gardens. The pools were amazing. It was something I appreciated..
I found the staff unhelpful. There was not much to do with a 2-year-old during the day. The kids clubs refused entry to my child as they were only for age 4+.
