"I didn't enquire about a pool access room, don't know how much the upgrade would be but if you want a guaranteed sunbed that gets the most sun then I reckon a swim up room would be the way to go."

"Room 516 had two huge double beds (firm pillows but we managed to sleep well), a tv with limited channels, balcony overlooking the pool, hairdryer, umbrellas, a digital safe, lots of wardrobe space, large bathroom with a separate shower and plenty of hot water."

poor soundproofingloud air conditioning

I was really annoyed by a couple of things. first, the soundproofing was terrible, i could hear everything going on in the hallway. also, the air conditioning unit was loud. I struggled to sleep well because of it. it really detracted from what could have been a decent stay. it needs fixing, and better sound isolation is required.

i liked that the hotel location enabled quick access to nearby shops. the room was spacious and well kept, a bonus was its cleanliness. the staff addressed my queries promptly, their professional conduct i found effective.

The breakfast buffet was somewhat repetitive. A greater variety of food items could improve the dining experience.
