I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. I found hair on the bed sheets. There were also visible blood stains on the sheets. This lack of cleanliness is unacceptable.

the location is near the train station i appreciated that it was a short walk. convenience stores are close to the building this was useful for quick needs. staff cleaned the room if the stay lasted over two days a welcome touch.

the room was quite small it was hard to fully open luggage.

The room was near the hanzomon subway station this was quite acceptable.

I discovered considerable dust on the desk in the room the air conditioning emitted a moldy odor i found unpleasant i found the bathroom drainage inadequate.
