Located across Shore Road from the ocean, the Towers Building has three stories with an elevator. The Lightship Building, also opposite the ocean, features rooms with residential views, cable TV, small refrigerators, and sitting areas; some include gas fireplaces, and the building has an elevator. Wheelchair-accessible rooms are available on the first and second floors. Units in The Anchorage Condominiums each have two bedrooms with one queen bed in each room. The lower level suite includes two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a double bed, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms feature ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, a terrace, a patio, garden furniture, free toiletries, AM/FM alarm clocks, flat-screen TVs, carpeted or parquet floors.

The Poolside, located near the outdoor pool and hot tubs, provides a cocktail menu and a full dining menu. Guests also have access to dining at nearby locations including Raspberri's, located at the heart of Gorges Grant Hotel, less than a mile away, serves a classic breakfast menu, and West Meadow Pub, located at The Meadowmere Resort, less than 1/3 of a mile away, which offers live music and an all-American menu.
